Head R & D
Candidates should either have a Ph.D. in Solid State Physics or B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or M.Sc. in Electronics/Solid State Physics with over 15 years experience in R & D in Electronics & Telecommunication industry or Semiconductor industry. A good experience in Technology Management and Product Development processes is
essential.

Head QA
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering with over 15 years of experience in the field of Quality Management in either a Manufacturing/Electronics/ Light Engineering or Semiconductor industry. Candidates should be well versed with advanced practices/concepts in Quality Management and have the capacity to drive Quality Culture across all functional areas.

Head (Equipment Maintenance)
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Electrical Engineering with over 15 years experience in equipment maintenance in the manufacturing industry. Should have worked with PLC based equipment in a manufacturing industry. Candidates should be good at trouble shooting and have the capability to run machines with
minimum down time.

Production Managers
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics or M.Sc. in Physics / Electronics with over 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Electronics or light engineering industry. Candidates with experience in semiconductor device or solar photovoltaic cell/modules manufacturing are
preferred. A good insight of modern manufacturing practices and prior work experience in a systems based environment are desirable.

Project Managers
Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical engineering with over 12 years of experience in turn key project management in the manufacturing industry. Prior experience in handling major projects under challenging conditions is desirable.

Process Engineers
Candidates should have a B.E./ B.Tech in Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics /Instrumentation or M.Sc. Physics/Electronics with an experience of 2-3 years in solar photovoltaic cell/module or semiconductor device manufacturing.

Supervisors
Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics with 2-3 years of experience in any manufacturing environment preferably in the electronics / semiconductor industry. Prior experience in the Solar PV industry and handling of shift operations independently is preferred.

Technicians
Candidates should have an ITI in Electronics /Mechanical / Mechatronics/ Instrumentation with 2 years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance preferably in the Electronics or Light Engineering industry. Experience in Solar PV industry/ semiconductor industry is desirable.

Sales Support Executives
Candidates should have an MBA/Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management with 3-4 years experience in Sales coordination. Excellent communication and inter personal skills are mandatory. Experience in the Electronics & Telecommunication industry is preferred. Relevant certified qualifications are desirable.

Executive Assistants
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Commerce with a Diploma in Commercial Practice. A minimum of 6-7 years experience as a Personal Secretary attached to a Senior Executive is necessary. A good knowledge of the business language and Microsoft office is necessary.
